Dev interviews
Tell members what actually moved the needle.
Interviews are their own posts, read by members in full. They are written, not recorded: eight questions by email, a week to answer, and you approve the final text before it runs. Numbers you share are checked against public sources before publication, and you can stay anonymous.
The eight questions
- 01What is the game, and what is the one number you look at every day?
- 02What did the first 30 days after launch look like?
- 03What did you change that moved ARPDAU or day-one retention, and what did nothing?
- 04How is the team paid and how is revenue split?
- 05What tooling do you pay for, and why those?
- 06The biggest Creator Hub or policy surprise this year?
- 07What would you tell a developer sitting at 100 concurrent players?
- 08What are you shipping next, and where can members follow it?
What you get
- A link to your game, group, and profile in a post read by developers who monetize.
- Buttons on the post page to copy it for Discord or post it on X, and a link that unfurls with the post's own card.
- Members' questions afterwards in the Discord, if you want them.
